Landscape Management Plans
Landscape Maintenance Packages (LMPs) are year-long contracts that are completely customizable and unique to your properties needs. It can include anything from edging, mowing, blowing, trimming, pruning, irrigation checks and activation/winterization.
Our Landscape Management Plan is customizable and can have add-ons, and here are what’s included in the plan:
Averages about 45 mows per year. Fertilizations 3 times a year; and mid-fall clean up. Weed and moss control, irrigation start up and shut off. Power washing as well.
Turf Renovations
Almost maintenance free and looks great all-year-round! The same look and feel as grass but it only requires occasional blow offs and leaf pickups!
